About China Print

China Print is the largest printing-technology exhibition in Asia and the world's #2 printing fair (after Drupa in Düsseldorf). Held every 4 years in Beijing, China Print is the most important international event for the Asian printing industry — covering commercial printing, packaging printing, label printing, digital printing, and the full printing value chain.

China Print 2025 was held from 15 to 19 May 2025 at the China International Exhibition Center (New Venue), Beijing — 5 days. Over 1,500 exhibitors from 30+ countries participated, drawing 200,000+ trade visitors from around the world. The next China Print edition is expected in 2029.

Coverage spans the entire printing value chain — offset printing machinery, digital printing, flexographic printing, gravure printing, packaging printing, prepress equipment, postpress and binding, ink and substrates, paper and substrates, software and workflow, and converting equipment. Indian printing businesses from commercial printing, packaging, books, and label industries find China Print indispensable.

More Than Travel organised the Indian delegation to China Print 2025. The next edition is planned for 2029 — early-bird bookings will open in late 2028. Our package covers China business (M) visa, return flights from Delhi to Beijing, 4★ hotel near the venue, fair badge, daily transfers, English-speaking ground handler and India helpline.

Why Attend China Print?

China Print is the once-every-4-years global printing-technology benchmark — the next edition (2029) will be a critical attendance for Indian printing businesses:

  • Every major Chinese printing OEM — Founder, Beiren, Mannlands, Goss, Shanghai Eternal, Yawa, all present.
  • Cost-competitive Chinese printing machinery — 40–60% cost savings vs European OEM (Heidelberg, Koenig & Bauer, Komori).
  • Complete printing value chain — offset, digital, flexo, gravure, prepress, postpress, ink, paper, software.
  • Packaging printing focus — major emphasis on label, flexible, carton and corrugated printing.
  • Live machine demonstrations — see printing presses in actual production cycles, not just static displays.
  • Held every 4 years — missing it means waiting 4 years to see new printing innovations.
  • Beijing in May — pleasant weather, easy combined trips to Shanghai or the Great Wall.
